Here's you're quick guide if you're unsure which body shape you are:

You're An Hourglass if:

- Your upper body (shoulders and or chest) are nearly or equal in size with your lower body (hips)

- You have a smaller waist measurement.

You're a Strawberry / Inverted Triangle if:

- Your upper body is proportionately wider than your lower body, whether that's broader shoulders or a full chest

- You have little to no waist definition and a relatively flat bottom with straight hips and slim legs

You're An Apple if:

- Your mid section / tummy is round and your most prominent part

- You may have a small, medium or large chest and no waist definition

- You have a flat bottom slim legs

You're A Pear if:

- You lower body is proportionately wider than your upper body

- You have a curvy bottom and hips section and strong thighs

- You have a petite to mid size chest and a slightly defined waist

You're A Rectangle / Straight if:

- Your silhouette is pretty straight with shoulders, chest, waist and hip measurements being very nearly or exactly equal to each other

- You can feel straight up and down with little curve or waist definition.

Hi, I'm Michelle

a 41-year-old mum of 3 and qualified personal stylist.

But more importantly? I’ve been exactly where you are now - I haven’t always had “style” figured out.
